Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actor, writer and best-selling novelist. Her skills have earned her international recognition. Sagittarius, she was born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the eldest of three children born to Peter Moore Smith (a paratrooper) as well as Anne Smith, a psychologist. She has English as well as Scottish heritage. In the course of her father's employment, the Moore family often relocated and she was unable to form friendships, or to keep ones. Moore was a stage actor during her time at Frankfurt American High School when her family relocated to Germany. She furthered her education in Boston University, graduating in 1983 with an B.F.A. Following graduation, Moore relocated to New York and began her career in off-Broadway theater. Moore's career began in New York with Off-Broadway Theater immediately following graduating. In 1985 Moore made her screen debut in the episode The Edge of Night. The following year, she played the dual roles of Frannie as well as Sabrina Hughes in As the World Turns which became her first break. The show aired between 1988 and 1990, and was awarded an Daytime Emmy Award. Her first cinematic appearance was in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. This film she later described as a bad budget production. Short Cuts, both produced by Robert Altman (1993), and 3 Women, also productions by Altman (1997) included among her movies. Her role in critically acclaimed Short Cuts (1993) brought her a number of nominations. Moore's first leading role was as a lead actress in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg gave Moore her first leading role in Safe (1995). The year 1997 was when her career as Moore reached a turning moment. She was tapped in the role of Jurassic Park: The Lost World. This movie became one 1997's most successful movies. The actress received an SAG Awards nomination in Magnolia at the end of 1999. In 2002, she co-starred with The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Streep. Moore was also in The Forgotten 2004, Freedomland, Shelter and Shelter 2010. Non-Stop was a film in which that she starred in, was released. Moore has been featured in numerous TV and film series. Her most recent leading roles is in 2022, After You Finish Securing the World. She is an Hollywood actor and writer for children her career is well-established. She published her first book Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and it became a N.Y.T. The book was a huge best selling book, then transformed into a television show along with a musical. The book she wrote in 2013 titled My Mom Is A Foreigner was also a best-seller. Moore lives a flamboyant life as a renowned writer and actress. Moore got married John Robin back in 1984 The couple split in 1996. They have two children together and a son with Bart Freundlich whom she later got married in 2003. Moore is someone who takes pride in her career and family.
